About Us
Our Mission
Our mission is simple: expand housing
opportunities, revitalize neighborhoods, and grow Memphis’ tax base through strategic
public–private partnerships. We believe housing is the foundation of thriving
communities — and our developments reflect that commitment.
Our Story
BMT was formed in response to Memphis’ critical housing shortage. Decades of
underbuilding, aging housing stock, and population decline have created challenges
that affect every corner of the city. BMT unites nonprofits, developers, and civic leaders
to address these issues with bold, collaborative action.
Our Team
Our team brings decades of real estate development
experience and community focused leadership.
